Microsurgery

Microsurgery is to move tissue from one part of the body to another and replacing the circulation in the moved tissue by connecting the blood vessels together. The critical parts of these surgeries are how well the suturing of vessels has become. Blood vessels are small, approximately one to two millimetres in diameters and must therefore be sutured under microscope.

Optional tissue can be moved to substitute another area. The reasons can be traumatic injuries or losses of function do to illnesses for example cancer.
