BreastBreast enlargment Removal of breast or very small breast can be experienced by many women as troublesome. Breast enlargement with the help of implants is one of the most common aesthetic procedures that women do. The reason varies of course. The breasts have maybe never developed fully to a proportional bust. They can be in different sizes or have lost their volume after pregnancy and breast feeding. Breast reduction and breast lift Both younger and older women have breast reduction done. Large breasts can be a physical hindrance in daily chores. A breast lift is intended to lift the breast and at the same time create a steadier and a more youthful look. The operation is similar to a breast reduction however only minimal skin is removed and remaining skin tissue is left. Gynecomastia Enlarged breasts in men can appear either in the teens or afterwards in life as a side effect caused by medications, for example against prostate cancer. The procedure is to operate the excess tissue either with (open removal) or exclusively liposuction. Breast reconstruction Intention is to recreate the breast after for example cancer therapy or in regards with removal of breast glands do to cellular changes or a large hereditary of cancer.
